The Chupacabra emerged from modern Latin American folklore as a blood-drinking predator blamed for mysterious livestock deaths across rural communities. Witnesses described a gaunt creature with glowing eyes, sharp fangs, and spines running along its back, stalking farms beneath the cover of darkness. Animals were often discovered drained of blood with strange puncture wounds left behind. Though sightings spread rapidly through Puerto Rico and the Americas during the late twentieth century, the true nature of the Chupacabra remains shrouded in fear and speculation.
