Gungnir is the legendary spear of Odin from Norse mythology, forged by master dwarven smiths and said to never miss its target. Carried by the Allfather himself, the spear symbolized divine authority, wisdom, and the power of fate. Ancient warriors believed oaths sworn upon Gungnir could not be broken, and myths described Odin casting the spear to begin great battles among gods and mortals alike. Its flight through the sky was seen as the judgment of the heavens made manifest.
