Satyr
Common Monster

Satyr

Trickster woodland faun that charms, tempts, and manipulates the weak-willed

Origin Greek Mythology
Creature Type Fey / Humanoid
Ability Wild Revelry
Lore

Satyrs roam through the wild places of Greek mythology as untamed spirits of revelry, instinct, and chaos. With the legs and horns of goats and the bodies of men, they followed the god Dionysus through forests and mountains filled with music, wine, and madness. Though often playful, Satyrs were also feared for their unpredictable tempers and uncontrollable desires. Ancient tales describe them dancing beneath moonlit trees, luring travelers deeper into the wilderness where laughter and danger became impossible to separate.
